Now I can see the point, James. I never had heard about fuzzy logic and what PEM means neither (It's an acronym? It appears neither in the Wiki nor in PM). Coincidently searching at the WEB I found this:
``Modelling and Fuzzy Logic Control of DC-DC Converter for Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell''
So, what a confusion for me!!! I couldn't believe that almost all the PM people discussing about this subject through a lot of replies! I couldn't understand that!
