| This entry mentions Hoelder's theorem, yet the phrase "Hoelder's theorem" does not link anywhere. What is this theorem? Shouldn't it be here on PM? Should I formally file a request for this?

PS--Also, is there a way to allow umlauts in posts??? In my opinion, "Hoelder" is the lesser of the three evils (Holder, Hoelder, and H\"{o}lder), but it still "hurts my eyes". |
