I'm flattered, and glad you were able to help me get this version fixed up. The proof isn't mine, although of course, the errors are--I stole the main ideas from a book years ago when I wrote the entry, and then wrote the proof based on that outline.
Unfortunately, I can't recall where I got if from, although Jech's book is the most likely source. |
