| Hi rspuzio,
I don't know any other computer algebra system... if you want to help me by translating it, I would be happy to explain any commands which are not clear from context.
(In practice, I suspect that what I gave should be easy to translate, no?)
I guess the ideal thing would be to put up a psuedocode description, if I have the time I will do that.
