Correction text:
(1) There is an extraneous $T$ in the definition. I suggest replacing the
first sentence with "Let $\rho : G \to K$ be a group homomorphism."
(2) It would probably be a good idea to explicitly state
that $e_K$ is the identity element of $K$.
(3) The "ker" symbol should be \operatorname{ker}.
(4) An equals sign would probably be better than that three-barred symbol.
