Hello slash,
According to PlanetMath's guidelines the words like ``lemma'' and ``theorem'' should not be capitalized in an entry.
Also, formulas should be treated as integral parts of sentence for purpose of punctuation. In particular, in this entry there should be no colons before equations. After the first displayed equation there should be a point (punctuation mark) and after the second displayed equation there should be comma. To put a punctuation mark at the end of equation you need to put the mark inside the equation like in ``$$ p = a^2 + b^2. $$''.
Last, there should be no spaces before punctuation marks (e.g., after ``Also'' and ``namely'') because they produce ugly spaces.
