The chain of implications at the bottom of the entry is wrong: T_3 (or regular) spaces need not be functionally Hausdorff. The Tychonoff corkscrew is a counterexample (see Steen & Seebach, Counterexamples in Topology, example 90).
Also, I've never seen T_{2 1/2} used to mean "functionally Hausdorff". Do you have a reference for such usage? | No comment from correction handler drini.
