[parent] Viewing Correction to 'completely Hausdorff'
T_3 spaces need not be functionally Hausdorff by yark

Correction id: 4022
Filed on: 2004-03-18 04:57:21
Status: Accepted on 2004-03-18 12:19:11
Type: Erratum

Correction text:
The chain of implications at the bottom of the entry is wrong: T_3 (or regular) spaces need not be functionally Hausdorff. The Tychonoff corkscrew is a counterexample (see Steen & Seebach, Counterexamples in Topology, example 90).

Also, I've never seen T_{2 1/2} used to mean "functionally Hausdorff". Do you have a reference for such usage?
