 Hi

 I think quadrant should be attached to an entry discussing the
 plane - not the 3D space.

 Consider also writing out definitions of all quadrants. Without
 a picture it is not clear what is meant with "anti-clockwise
 direction".

 You are right.
I cannot make pictures, so I wrote out the second quadrant, and I think it would be too trivial to write more.
