Correction text:
Hi,

Could you extend the definition of a derivation to derivations of an algebra A over a commutative ring R into an A-module M? This is the kind of derivation needed for the entry on universal derivations I wrote a couple of days ago. (I don't know whether it's a good idea to allow A to be non-commutative; I've only seen commutative A, e.g. in Lang's `Algebra'.)

Thanks,
Peter

Comment from object owner djao:
Well, I updated it in the straightforward way, I hope it's right (I didn't actually check any books). If it's still wrong, kindly let me know what to fix, or I can just let you edit it directly if there is anything you want to add.
