Correction text:
I like the idea of a single catch-all article to try to cover mathematical usages of the term "orientable".
Besides what rmilson already said, I have a couple of additions to suggest:
- paricular is misspelled. sence is misspelled. acompatible is misspelled.
- In theorem 1, you should emphasize that M is to be a topological manifold, and not a differentiable manifold. Your comment about no extra structure hints at this distinction, but it would be better made explicit.
- The homology group H_n(M;Z) in theorem 1 grammatically needs a comma after it.
- The isomorphism in definition 1 is missing a semicolon in the homology group.
- In both theorem 1 and definition 1 the symbol M occurs outside of math mode. | No comment from correction handler Dr_Absentius.
