The "page images" rendering mode is now working again. Entries are not currently being pre-rendered in those mode, however, so at the moment you are likely to have to wait a few seconds for the rendering to happen in this mode.
For users not familiar, "page images" mode provides a "camera-ready" rendering of each entry in a bitmap (png) image, exactly as intended for TeX output. Uniquely to PlanetMath/Noosphere, the page images have working clickable hyperlinks. You can set this to your default mode in your settings under preferences.
