Bio:
I started PlanetMath with Nathan Egge shortly before becoming a grad student at the Computer Science dept. of Virginia Tech, at Blacksburg, VA. This led to me working as a research assistant in the Digital Library Research Lab, where I developed CITIDEL under the auspices of Dr. Edward A. Fox. I did my master's thesis on PlanetMath.
I am now taking a (possibly perpetual) break from school and working as the Head of Digital Library Research at Emory University, in the Library Systems department. My job here is to inform Emory's digital library-related grant projects and to lead the computer science legwork on them. My core focus at the moment is the MetaCombine project, but I will also be working on upcoming and new projects we are proposing.
