If $f$ is a probability distribution on $\Omega$ then the \emph{support} of $f$ is $\{x\in \Omega\mid f(x)>0\}$. That is, the set of $x$ which have a positive probability under the distribution. If $f$ is a distribution on $\Omega$ then the \emph{support} of $D$ is $\{x\in \Omega\mid f(x)>0\}$. That is, the set of $x$ which have a positive probability under the distribution.
