Content:

A set $X$ is called numerable if there is a bijection $\mathbb{N}\to X$.

It is easy to show that $\mathbb{Z}$ and $\mathbb{Q}$ are numerable.
And it is a standard fact that the $\mathbb{R}$ is not numerable.
