$q$ skew polynomial ring

If $(\sigma ,\delta )$ is a $q$-skew derivation (http://planetmath.org/QSkewDerivation) on $R$, then we say that the skew polynomial ring $R[\theta ;\sigma ,\delta ]$ is a $q$-skew polynomial ring.
