# almost convex

A real function, $f:\mathbb{R}\to \mathbb{R}$, is said to be almost convex if

$$f(z)\le \mathrm{max}\{f(x),f(y)\},\forall x,y,zx\le z\le y$$ |

It is easy to see that a convex function is an almost convex function.
