pro- group
Definition.
Let be a prime number. A group is a pro- group if is a profinite group which is isomorphic to the inverse limit of some projective system of -groups (http://planetmath.org/PGroup4).
Example.
The -adic integers (http://planetmath.org/PAdicIntegers) form a pro- group since:
